Hello I'm Trisha Maja, Creator of Safari® Fitness and FIT Africa I am based in UK, Nigeria & Turkey. I'm married and a mother to 4 children. Our last born daughter has special needs. My Love of Dance & Fitness spans a period over over 40 years and Safari® has been the format that truly combines everything for a healthy mind, body & spirit. Safari® is for everybody. I have taught and presented globally on four different continents and have acquired certifications in different disciplines before going on to co-create Safari® Fitness. The journey began when we launched The FuZion Centre in Nigeria back in 2010. In 2016 we decided to create our own program called Safari® Fitness. We are now a global brand and have Safari® Fitness Instructors worldwide. In 2016 I was privileged to be among the first to be awarded a Fellowship for my contribution to the fitness industry in Nigeria. In 2016 I was awarded my Personal Training certificate from IEP in Nigeria. In 2016 I was honoured to be elected Vice President of the Association of Wellness And Fitness Practitioners (AFP Nigeria). In 2023 we co-founded FIT Africa. In 2023 I was elected as CEO of Africa Active.
