We were created in June 2020 by Safari® Fitness and offically trademarked and registered in London, United Kingdom on 20th April 2023.

In 2023 we merged with our sister company African Health And Fitness Community to form our new organisation FIT Africa.
The Standard African Dance Fitness Instructor Certification course.
FIT Africa and Dr Janet Chumba from The Department of Physical Education and Sports, University of Nairobi (UON) have partnered togeather to create the African Standard Dance Fitness Instructor certification course.
This is a 10 day physical course at University of Nairobi open for all interested African Fitness Instructors.

Africa Active empowers it’s continents potential by fostering global partnerships, promoting active lifestyles, and enabling access to resources for improved health and well-being, engaging with industry partners worldwide.
FIT Africa is the education partner for Africa Active.
Safari Fitness
Safari® Fitness is a unique African inspired fitness program. The rhythms include Afrobeats, Amapiano, Calypso & Soca We are headquartered in Nigeria, UK & Belgium with Safari® Fitness Instructors in different countries worldwide. We are an awarding organisation recognised and regulated by Africa Active within the health, fitness and wellness industry in Africa. We are proud of the pivotal role we have in Africa, been the first African brand to have trained instructors globally.
FITREC™ Africa
Safari® Fitness and FITREC™ have partnered togeather to create and manage a formalised registry of fitness professionals in Africa.
The Safari® Fitness team has an extensive network and reputation for helping to grow the industry and are well-placed to promote a service designed to increase unity, professionlism and recognition. Working with FITREC™, who bring to the table world-class registration services, this new collaboration is set to see the African fitness community quickly rise to become one of the world’s most highly regarded.
